Business Manager

Mount St. Mary Catholic High School is seeking an accountant to fill the school’s Business Manager position. The position reports directly to the school Principal. Accounting responsibilities include financial reporting, oversite of the General Ledger, budgeting, accounts receivable, investments, accounts payable, accruals, and fixed assets. Personnel administration responsibilities include oversite of the payroll system and personnel records. Student financial aid applications and awards are also managed by this position. The position manages two Business Office employees. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, be proficient using Microsoft Office applications, making presentations, and have experience using accounting software. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work well with parents and school staff. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
