The position manages two Business Office employees. Accounts Payable Clerk/Cashier
Mount St. Mary Catholic High School is seeking to fill the school’s Accounts Payable/Cashier position.The position reports directly to the Business Manager. Accounts payable responsibilities include reviewing invoices for proper approval, coding invoices to General Ledger accounts, scheduling payments, and preparation of Accounts Payable checks. Cashier duties include preparation and processing of cash bags for school sports/club activities, balancing the vault, and preparation of cash deposits. This position also deposits checks received utilizing an online check imaging system with the school’s bank. Other duties include ordering and maintaining the school’s office supplies. Applicants must have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience and have experience with accounts payable software.The position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work well with vendors and school staff.
