• Are you ready for some Football??  Come out and get a sneak preview of the 2013 Rocket Football Team at the Blue & White Spring Game tomorrow (Sat.) at 10 am.  The Rockets, under the direction of third year head coach Chris Stiles, have just completed their spring practices and are ready to compete and play some Rocket Football.  The spring game will last  for about an hour with a Team Barbeque to follow. Hope to see you there!

• Attached are the summer reading assignments for each grade.  This information is also posted on our website.

• Oklahoma Center for Orthopedics (OCO) will be doing our physicals again this year.  The cost will be $15 – cash or check.  Please make checks payable to OCO.
• Physicals for the 2013-2014 school year will take place on THURSDAY, MAY 23^RD starting at 6:00 in the gym weight room.  They are done on a first come first serve basis.  Like in the past, you will be given a number as you enter the gym and will be called as soon possible.
• The physicals forms will be available as you enter the gym and the one side that needs to be completed can be done while you wait.
• If your student is playing a sport at Mount St. Mary, a physical examination is required each year. All physicals given for OSSAA participation must be given no earlier than May 1 of the preceding year in which the students are to participate and before the first day of practice in that student's particular sport. The physical will be valid from the date of the physical given until the next required physical.
• Your student CANNOT participate (practice or games) until MSM has the completed physical on file.
• Please make plans to attend.  This is the only date in 2013 that MSM will be having physicals given at our school.  If you cannot attend, you will need to make other arrangements with your health care provider or another facility to have the physical completed.  And you must use the physical form that is required by the OSSAA.  It can be found on their website – http://ossaa.com/MiscForms.aspx.  Click on the link under Physical Forms.

• July 1^st – Follett Online Bookstore makes available online the MSM booklists for the 2013-2014 school year.  If using Follett, purchasing books may now begin!

• July 8^th & 9^th – Follett Publishers will be on campus (9:00 – Noon) to assist our families with purchasing 2013-2014 books.  Please meet in the Library Computer Lab.  Follett provides this service to our families only if needed.

• August 5^th & 6^th – “Fees, Forms, & Chromebooks!” (9:00-1:00)
• August 5^th – Sophomores & Seniors
• August 6^th – Freshmen & Juniors
• If you have two or more students in your family that would cause you to come on both days, for your family’s convenience, you may select either day.  No need to attend both days unless you simply want to!
