Social Life

Your social life begins the first day you walk in the door as a Rocket: our annual freshman orientation, which we’ve dubbed the “Rocket Rookie Rally,” gives our new students a chance to learn the layout of the school, meet their teachers, find their lockers, and—most importantly—start making their friends for the next four years...and perhaps even beyond!

At MSM, we recognize that making close friends, showing school spirit, and having a good time are important parts of being a Rocket.  Whether it’s the previously mentioned Rocket Rookie Rally,  or maybe Howdy Week, Homecoming, Junior/Senior Prom, Pennies for Patients, or Field Day; you’ll have constant opportunities to relieve the stress of the classroom and bond with 300 of your closest friends!

Your social life at The Mount will be an active, vibrant experience.  Our halls are filled with students making new friendships, participating in the latest (and often craziest!) activities, and learning what it means to be a Rocket.
