The academic program at Mount St. Mary High School can change a student’s life.

Through our Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum, students are encouraged to explore a universe of knowledge they might not otherwise experience in typical high school classes. Through AP Exams, they have the opportunity to earn credit or advanced standing at most of the nation’s colleges and universities.

AP and Pre-AP classes in the subjects of English, math, science, social studies, and foreign language offer students the chance to study subjects in greater detail and from a variety of perspectives while developing the reasoning and problem-solving skills they will need in college and in life.

At all levels, Mount St. Mary’s curriculum offers something for anyone with a strong curiosity, the desire to succeed, and the willingness to do rigorous work. And our academic program remains inspired by Jesus Christ, whose teachings we seek to impart to the students through every course we offer.
